I really like the format of Usable Efficiency. The site is presented like a blog with each article, or episode, listed with a title, short description and main video. The video contains slides and demonstrations to illustrate the topic at hand. They are also narrated by the author and overall, produced to a very high standard. At around 5 to 10 minutes each they are perfect bite size chunks of knowledge.
The videos don't just teach you web development techniques. They also include enough background knowledge of design to give non-designers a good grounding in the principles. Obviously the author (who seems to be anonymous at the moment!) knows his stuff.
The site aims to update every Friday, so subscribe now!
